The real SELT is timed. Practise under time pressure so the real exam feels familiar.
Ask a friend or family member to read the scripts while you answer the questions — as close to a real listening task as you can get without audio.
Use your phone to record yourself answering the speaking questions, then listen back. You will quickly notice what to improve.
Don't look at the answers until you have finished. Honest self-assessment is the only way to know where you really stand.
